Acceptance of terms
By booking a cleaning with Clean+Care, you agree to these terms. These terms may be updated periodically; the current version is always posted at cleancare.homes/terms.html.
Quotes & pricing
All quotes are flat-rate and locked in before the visit, based on the details you provide (property size, frequency, add-ons). If the actual condition or size of the property materially differs from the quote details, we'll pause and give you a revised quote before continuing.
Scheduling & cancellation
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or reschedule without a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled visit may incur a 50% service fee to compensate the assigned team.
24-hour care guarantee
If anything was missed, call us within 24 hours of your visit. We'll come back to re-clean the affected area at no charge.
Access & keys
If we can't access the property at the scheduled time (no answer, wrong code, etc.), a lockout fee equal to 50% of the service fee may apply.
Damage & liability
Clean+Care carries general liability insurance. If any damage occurs during a cleaning, report it within 48 hours and we'll work with you and our insurance to resolve it fairly.
Tipping & gratuity
Tips are never required and never expected. If you'd like to tip your team, you can add it to the invoice or hand it to the team directly β 100% goes to the team members who cleaned your home.
