What we collect
When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us, we collect the name, phone number, email, and service address you provide. We also collect basic analytics (page views, referral source, device type) using industry-standard tools.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your quote request, schedule and deliver your cleaning, send appointment reminders and invoices, and occasionally email you service updates you can opt out of at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Who has access
Your information is accessible only to the Clean+Care team and the specific cleaning team assigned to your visit. We use standard software providers (email, scheduling, payment processing) who process data on our behalf under industry-standard contracts.
Payment information
We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cleancare.homes with the request and we'll respond within 30 days.
